A long distance relationship (LDR), is not different from any other relationship. It is as unique as every other relationship we get involved in. The only difference is that unlike other relationships, you will not have the privilege of seeing your partner as often as you desire. The issue of trust is an indispensable factor which must be taken into consideration before settling for a long distance relationship.

Trust is a necessity if you chose to have your relationship from a distance. Without trust and honesty, the relationship is in for danger and unsuccessful.
All relationships have times when one or the other partner feels held back, misunderstood, not given enough, left in the dust, or any of a whole host of less-than-wonderful feelings. The couples that make it, whether they live together or apart, are those that understand that this is a natural part of long-term commitment. Working through difficult times usually strengthens and betters the relationship.

When people live together, there are hundreds of little opportunities every day to connect, to reassure, to touch, to pick up a conversation that was too hard to finish an hour ago, to try again and again. But one of the advantages of a LDR is that when at the job, each partner can be totally immersed in the demands of the job. The structure allows long days and late nights, without worrying about the needs of the partner. This can be fine, as long as the same kind of focus and time go into the couple when the couple is together. There's nothing more destructive to a LDR couple than the pull of a briefcase full of work brought home from the job.

Yes, Successful LDR do exist, many of them happily. Most such couples see it as a stage in their relationship. Both partners agree that they need to work in different cities to pay their career dues. They do it so that they have more money and more choices later on. Still other couples see it as a way to develop some financial security before they having children into their marriage and the world. Still others find that they really like the arrangement and sustain a loving distance from their partners for many, many years. As with all relationships, the key to success is that the partners are committed to each other and to their own way of being a couple.

Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken. Bali Getaway 2011

An amazing holiday. I've just returned after spending the fun-tastic and breathtaking days in Bali. Its a short vacation, the days just went by like a breeze. We never get a chance to visit places like Ubud (best for shopping), uluwatu, Tanah Lot & Jimbaran beach, which is famous for the fresh seafood kiosks that are scattered along the beach. You would usually have your dinner with a perfect sun set view over there!!! >< or u can enjoy the romantic dinner with some romantic tunes as well.

We stayed at Tanjong Benoa, Nusa Dua and were blessed with great weather, beautiful sunshine and heavenly pool. Bali's great destination for bargain hunters, art lovers and wood carving enthusiasts.

Well, I would definitely recommend Bali as a honeymoon and a wedding destination to anyone as the scenery there is simple gorgeous for wedding photography.

Good day everyone, I haven't lost interest in blogging, therefore I'm back to write again!

This year has been a bit up & down, a very momentum changing for me.

Finally college life had come to an end............
seriously, how time flies!! 4 years of efforts, time and hardwork! I AM FINALLY A GRADUATE NOW! I totally appreciate how much my parents helped me with my life, love, studies. They given me all the things that have gotten me here. Thank you so much for all the support and loves.♥♥♥

It's the most expensive piece of paper I ever own and welcome to a new chapter of adulthood

Life is never be easy, is just the matter on how you gonna handle it. Some people, they are having really good life, healthy and wealthy. Some people, are poor and sick. While some people, they are smart, and some are not. That is what we called fate, God given each of us a life. A life where we should cherish and appreciate. Never compare, because what God has given, is the best. Through His word, we should always remind ourselves that God is always with us.

It was God's will, I got a job after a few interviews I went to and gratefully they are allowing me to start after my graduation trip. I'm not sure whether is a right choice for me getting the job of what I am looking for, but I told myself it is just an experience I want to gain.

A brand new adaption for me to the environment, surroundings & new faces.

Thank God I can pretty quick cope with it well with the job scope and people there. Is a total different thing from what I've learned in studies where it doubles more challenging than expected.

BUT...............................

No matter how bad things may seem, there is always something to be grateful for. =)

Oh dear blog, how I've neglected you lately...!!

Been hectic with my assignment and exam...

And now I am finally done with my studies and able to post more =)

Life's been good, the pressures and tensions in college life, the exam fear and those whole night assignments....aaahhhhh.......they are GONE..!!!

But I know after college, while working, we will miss college life....

Therefore, we should enjoy life in present moment!

Selfishness, also known as psychological egoism, it is a theory which describes human nature. Psychological egoism explains how people do behave rather than how they should behave. According to this view, people in their natural state are selfish and motivated by self-preservation and self-gain. Egoists, which is the selfish people are driven by self-interest and their actions are motivated by the desire to achieve their own interest without concern for others. Questionable acts such as discrimination and dishonesty may be justified if they promote self-interest.

Therefore, there are many reason why good people make bad decisions.

That is why we learn ethics :) because ethics is about choices, a concept that signifies how we act in order to make right choice and produce good behaviour.

Taking a look back of year 2010

I've been dealing with life's ups and downs

Am I gonna be sad or happy to see 2010 go?

Towards the end of December each year, whether we do it consciously or not, we look back and reflect on the past year.

We make resolutions and then realize pretty quickly how some have not been followed through or changed during the previous year.

New Year's Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It's time to reflect on the changes we want or need to make and resolve to follow through on those changes.

When you're lonely, I wish you Love! When you're down, I wish you Joy! When you're troubled, I wish you Peace! When things seem empty, I wish you Hope!

May the dawning of this New Year, fill your heart with new hopes, open up new horizons and bring for you promises of brighter tomorrows. May everyone of you have a great New Year!

People believe that Christmas is the perfect time and season for giving, as well as forgiving. But children believe that Christmas is the time when Santa Claus starts checking his list thrice and deliver awesome presents, and granting wishlists with the help of his famous red-nosed reindeer, Rudolf.

From the recent bird's eye view of Christmas based on everyone's various beliefs, we continue to forget the true value of Christmas. And no, it isn't about Christmas trees and mistletoes and Christmas socks. It is not about snowmen and Rudolf and Santa Claus either.

Christmas is a season of hope and joy, a time to give thanks for the blessing of Christ's birth and for the blessings that surround us every day of the year.

The importance of Christmas is Jesus Christ. He was born on Christmas day. Just as the song goes Mary's boy child, Jesus Christ was born on Christmas Day. We have to celebrate his birthday by forgiving those who made mistakes upon us. The reason why we have our complete family together on Christmas is to spend it together, and celebrate Christ's birth together.

Christmas is a time of happiness when everybody's here. It is the birthday of Jesus Christ.

The simple story of Christmas speaks to every generation and holds a sense of wonder and surprise. During this time of joy and peace, may we be surrounded by the love of family and friends and take time to reflect on the year ahead.

Our first looks at each other, our first conversation, our first kiss. Our first text message and our first real talk. I'll never forget. Never forget the feelings and how perfect everything was. We could be awake and talk about everything until the next morning, we could talk in the cellphone for hours without having any words left to say and we could lay down for a very long time and just stare into each others eyes without saying anything. It was love. Real love.

So these are the facts: Chain stores dominate our high streets. Adverts dominate our media.
And brands dominate our culture.

For some people this isn't an issue. They shop for pleasure, they love the big brands, and they feel comfortable being sold to all day.

the environment, the economy and popular culture are all affected by the drive towards consumer growth. Shopping is like a drug, the instant high is fantastic, but it's never enough.

Forget rich and think realistic

Don't ever compare.......
When you see others who have achieved some level of success and instantly wonder how you might be able to do the same. Comparing yourself to others doesn't get you very far. What worked for them may not always work for you.

I've learnt alot within this few months.....

There is no easy money if you don't work hard and earn it by yourself.
I've been seeing people who willing to work so hard just to earn for their living, no matter they are getting a little pay for it, but they never give up.
Every challenge in your life, helps you to grow
Every problem you encounter, strengthens your mind and soul
Every trouble you overcome, increases your understanding of life
You don't always have to win, but you need to know what it takes to be a winner

Are wealth, power, appearance, and social status important to you??

The more we have, the less we appreciate
Time and happiness
the two things that cannot be bought with money.
We might be able to "buy" someone's time, but you cannot buy back time that has already been spent.
Many poeple go through their entire lives thinking that more money equals more happiness. They get stressed and unhappy due to the absence of money and naturally they assume having more of it will reverse the effect. In reality, what's making them unhappy are the choices they've made, the little luxuries they've decided are absolutely necessary to live their life. For exp: cars, expensive foods, big house, branded stuff, etc.

All of those things provide a very temporary and unsustainable happiness. And end up, they wanting more and more. The more they want, the more money they convince themselves they need. The more money they need, the more stressed out and unhappy they become. Where does it end?

I am not from a wealthy family. I can see that the same patterns emerge from one class to the next. The things everyone truly cares about are pretty much the same. The family we're born into often defines the living standard by which we judge and perceive the world around us. But how different is the rich person from the poor person? Do they experience a different kind of happiness? A different kind of sadness? A different kind of love? How about hunger? Do rich and poor people get different feelings from laughter?

We should be grateful for every second that passes, for each beat of our heart, and each breath we take.
I've decided to get rid of nearly all my material possessions because I know it will make me feel more grateful. We humans don't need very much to survive. Most of us are fortunate enough to have working feet to help us travel.

We have become a generation of things. Things we want but not necessary need, things to impress your friends or things to just have more than others. This is to make us all aware that once we learn to just appreciate the things we have, we will be happier and become better person.

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to let us down probably will. You'll have your heart broken, probably more than once, and it's harder every time. You'll cry because time is passing too fast and you'll eventually lose someone close to you.

I build walls to see who cares enough to break them down

I finally learned what life is about...hanging on when your hearts had enough...

and giving more when u wanna give up

For everything u have missed, u have gained something else.

And for everything u gain, u lose something else.

It is about your outlook towards life. You can either regret or rejoice.

If you looked inside a girl..

you would see how much she really cries,

you would find so many secrets & lots of lies but what you'll see the most is how hard it is to stay strong when nothing is right and everything is wrong

It doesn't matter anymore.....

I guess things happen for a reason, tears eventually fade and one day everything will be exactly how it's supposed to be.

All lies have consequences. Usually, they are not good ones. Have you ever tried to lie your way out of situation, knowing that the lie you told would get someone else in trouble? Lying is the cowardly way to deal with a situation.

Character, not circumstances, makes the person.
Not everything that looks right is right. Do you make choices based on the outward appearance, or are you wise enough to look deeper into something before determining whether it will work? Don't look at the outside when making choices. It is more concerned with what is in the heart.

The things you do today, whether good or bad, will shape the kind of lifestyle you live tomorrow.
When disappointments come, see them as opportunities to grow and to prepare for something better. It's always best to confess your wrong, regardless of what the consequences are.

Sometimes, we are too quick to draw conclusions about someone without giving them the benefit of the doubt.

We may not always understand why our parents say no, but you should still trust them to know what is best for you.
Not every job is filled with excitement. But every job, no matter how boring, is an opportunity to serve.

Lord, I thank you for parents who love me enough to see that I am not exposed to the wrong things. Help me to readily accept their decisions without complaining. There have been times that I wanted to give up and walk away from my work. Thank you for helping me to see that others depend on me just like I depend on You.

The indescribable feeling..................

Some things are just meant to be......

We don't understand why things happen the way they do, at the time they do.

Doors get slammed in our faces, our plans fall through.

when we find an open window, we can't always see where the different path leads.

We get frustrated and wonder why the bad stuff always happen to us, and we wonder why God hasn't heard our prayers...or has he??

I always thought I will be fine and I will be tough to go through all these things.

No matter how unhappy I am, I never shed a tear in front of my family and friends

I am trying to hold back from crying, pretending to be happy.

Sometimes all you can do is walk away, hide your tears, and just pretend you're okay

I am trying to keep myself occupied.

I am trying to put a smile on face all the time.

But when bad stuff happen to me, I hardly can control my temper.

I willl start putting my anger on other people and being rude.

I will be so so mad

Broga Hill is a great place for hiking and scenic spot for photography.

It’s really a romantic place to be with your loved ones… try imagine that ok.. lol

As you walk around you will notice you are actually surrounded by this massive grasses lying all around the hill.

On top of Broga hill, you can see beautiful grassland with backdrops of mountains

overall it was a great experience =))

Finally gonna finish my part time job by end of this month....

I think i'm having a major lower back pain....

Lately whenever I been down to pick something off the ground or sitting down
I get a very sharp pain in the middle of my lower back spine, and if im standing and i bend and get it, its enough pain to make me almost collapse to the ground to stop it. ='(

The MOST random day.....
Damn tired ahhh....
...no pictures for today..too bad...

So I went to class in the morning...just to attend ONE marketing class...ugh
then back home with vm and mcky reached my house around 11.30am

So we start cooking our lunch...
It was pretty success for the omelette and seafood spaghetti
good job good job... we PASSED!!!! =D except for mcky...cuz she did nothing...=P she suppose to clean all the dirty plates n all but end up I'm the only 1 doing it ha! pfft!

one thing u are good in is making the balloon...you are qualified to become a clown now....hehe
And we watched the "I Love you beth cooper" movie....it was funny lar...dumb..just like mcky lol

So after the movie, vm went back.....while mcky still making her doggie balloon which Failed!
And just right after 5mins, vm sms saying she got car n ajak us to lepak....
So we take her for granted...and ask her to fetch us....
surprisingly she came to pick us up from my house and off we went for cendol..hahaha

So after eating our yummy icy cendol under the hot sun, while vm trying to start her car........

something bad happen......very malu also LOL
SHE CANNOT START HER CAR'S ENGINE...omg O.O
she got panic and we are stone sudah
dunno wat to do with her car.....
So she told us to open the cover in front...and knock the thingy
WTH....she cannot even find where to open the cover...
While that time I was still sitting at the back n wait for them to handle with it XD
even mcky can't even find where is it....
End up I finally get to deal with it.....

So after open the cover infront...there goes the conversation:

Yesterday was really a long n tired day...
I went to work as usual at 10am and went off at 6pm straight to the church for piano practice
I was in a rush and yet I don't have the chords of the songs and my mind was really mess up
cuz I din even get to practice my piano for the sunday worship, no chords for the songs, didn't get to borrow the book from chea ern, and I got problem finding my car cuz i parked soooo far away at the outdoor....
Anyway, I got kinda frustrated when i reached church and i tried to settle down and deal with the chords...
u know i'm not good in playing by chords without the notes but i tried my best using my side reading..
So after i've done my practice...went for the youth fellowship and bout 10pm went off...
My grandma was alone at home...kesian betul, my mum n brother left her at home and went for wedding dinner.... ><
So after a quick shower...went off to Piccadilly with Joy n friends....
took few glasses of beer and drink drank drunk...chit chat laugh......

While the next day..which is Sunday...
I woke up at 8am n reached church at 8.30am....
The piano playing was pretty well in the beginning...
until the last part...Zzz...
ppl keep asking me am i OK? WATS on my mind? am i dreaming?

BTW...Finally~ daddy got back from Bali....

Bahhh................I joined back the celebrity fitness with friends..finally~
